Our Thoughts on Shared Application Features
June 09, 2007 10:29 AM PDT
This is an initial Podcast discussing ways of implemeting ICT (Information and Comunication Technology) when teaching languages. The first episode discusses online whiteboards and comes from a group discussion on a course run by www.theconsultants-e.com |
About SethI've worked for CLM in Trento since 2003 and now feel I know the city pretty well. I really enjoy teaching technology and for example our school's Moodle course is one of "My babies." I think it's really fascinating how computers have so long been used to try and replace teachers. I think we'll always need good teachers, but perhaps we can get computers and ICT in general (like this) to be a little more helpful to teachers! Apart from teaching I'm really into snowboarding, the outdoor life, cooking, and pottering around in my garden. I love cooking all sorts, but my speciality is Indian. I've been known to happily cook for 90 minutes after along hard day's teaching because I want a nice meal. Unfortunately my belly knows this only too well!!
